These General Terms of Sale govern purchases of the RIFTSKIN Supporter Lifetime offer operated by Thomas DAVAL under the trade name INFINITE.
For these General Terms of Sale, INFINITE means the trade name of the business operated by Thomas DAVAL. RIFTSKIN refers to the software, the website, and the related Supporter Lifetime offer.
Offer
The Supporter Lifetime offer provides access to certain additional RIFTSKIN software features. It does not constitute a sale of official skins, Riot Games content, or any authorization granted by Riot Games.
Price
The Supporter Lifetime offer is priced at 29 euros as a one-time payment.
Renewal
The Supporter Lifetime offer does not renew automatically.
Payment
Payment is processed through the payment provider used by RIFTSKIN, including Stripe.
Access
After payment confirmation, the user receives a lifetime activation code for the supporter features currently attached to the Supporter Lifetime offer.
Unless support provides written notice to the contrary, lifetime access starts once payment is confirmed and the activation code is delivered.
Because this is a one-time purchase, there is no recurring billing period.
Refund policy
The Supporter Lifetime offer is a one-time purchase and does not include recurring renewal.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, no pro rata refund is issued after lifetime access has been delivered.
No refund is owed in the event of non-use of the service, change of mind, purchase error attributable to the user, or changes caused by a third-party service, including Riot Games, a patch, an external update, a restriction, a detection, or a sanction decided by a third party.
A refund may be reviewed on an exceptional basis only if a serious malfunction prevents normal use of supporter features and results exclusively from a bug attributable to RIFTSKIN, without external cause or third-party involvement. Any request must be sent to support with enough details to verify the situation.
The decision to grant or deny a refund remains subject to case-by-case review after examination of the request.
