These General Terms of Sale govern subscriptions to the RIFTSKIN Premium offer operated by Thomas DAVAL under the trade name INFINITE.
For these General Terms of Sale, INFINITE means the trade name of the business operated by Thomas DAVAL. RIFTSKIN refers to the software, the website, and the related Premium offer.
Offer
The Premium offer provides access to certain additional RIFTSKIN software features. It does not constitute a sale of official skins, Riot Games content, or any authorization granted by Riot Games.
Price
The Premium offer is priced at 9 euros per month.
Renewal
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled by the user before the next billing date.
Payment
Payment is processed through the payment provider used by RIFTSKIN, including Stripe.
Cancellation
The user may request cancellation of the subscription in accordance with the procedures made available by RIFTSKIN or by the relevant payment provider.
Unless support provides written notice to the contrary, any cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
No pro rata refund is issued during an ongoing billing period.
Refund policy
The Premium subscription may be cancelled at any time to avoid renewal at the next due date.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, no pro rata refund is issued for a subscription period that has already started or has already been billed.
No refund is owed in the event of non-use of the service, change of mind, subscription error attributable to the user, cancellation during the billing period, or changes caused by a third-party service, including Riot Games, a patch, an external update, a restriction, a detection, or a sanction decided by a third party.
A refund may be reviewed on an exceptional basis only if a serious malfunction prevents normal use of Premium features and results exclusively from a bug attributable to RIFTSKIN, without external cause or third-party involvement. Any request must be sent to support with enough details to verify the situation.
The decision to grant or deny a refund remains subject to case-by-case review after examination of the request.

Invoices may be provided on request.
