This page explains the refund policy that applies to the RIFTSKIN Supporter Lifetime purchase.

Cancellation
The Supporter Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically.

General principle
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, no pro rata refund is issued after lifetime access has been delivered.

Non-refundable cases
No refund is owed in the event of non-use of the service, change of mind, purchase error attributable to the user, or changes caused by a third-party service, including Riot Games, a patch, an external update, a restriction, a detection, or a sanction decided by a third party.

Exceptional review
A refund may be reviewed on an exceptional basis only if a serious malfunction prevents normal use of supporter features and results exclusively from a bug attributable to RIFTSKIN, without external cause or third-party involvement.

Any request must be sent to support with enough information to verify the situation. The decision to grant or deny a refund remains subject to case-by-case review after examination of the request.
