This page explains the refund policy that applies to the RIFTSKIN Premium subscription.

Cancellation
The Premium subscription may be cancelled at any time to avoid its renewal on the next due date.

General principle
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, no pro rata refund is issued for a subscription period that has already started or has already been billed.

Non-refundable cases
No refund is owed in the event of non-use of the service, change of mind, subscription error attributable to the user, cancellation during the billing period, or changes caused by a third-party service, including Riot Games, a patch, an external update, a restriction, a detection, or a sanction decided by a third party.

Exceptional review
A refund may be reviewed on an exceptional basis only if a serious malfunction prevents normal use of Premium features and results exclusively from a bug attributable to RIFTSKIN, without external cause or third-party involvement.

Any request must be sent to support with enough information to verify the situation. The decision to grant or deny a refund remains subject to case-by-case review after examination of the request.
